How JENECONK Business Suite should handle account, workspace, document, payment, and AI usage data as the product moves into SaaS form.
Document data
Business documents should be stored only for the signed-in workspace that created them. Drafts, previews, exports, and versions should remain workspace-scoped.
Payment data
Payment verification must happen on the server through Paystack. The app should store references, status, amount, and metadata needed for support and audit.
AI data
AI requests should be logged with useful metadata for support and usage tracking, while provider secrets stay outside the browser.
