Refund / Credit Policy

Refund and credit direction for paid document unlocks and subscriptions.

Verified payments

Only server-verified Paystack or admin-confirmed manual payments should unlock documents or activate subscriptions.

If a paid AI action fails because of a platform error, support should be able to credit or retry the action from usage and payment records.

Bank-transfer or screenshot-based payments should remain in manual review until an admin confirms them.
