Terms of Service
Review this document carefully. Print or download a dated copy for your records.
1. Agreement and legal capacity
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JENECONK Business Suite, operated by JENECONK Integrated Global Solutions Limited ("JENECONK", "we", "us", or "our"). By opening an account, submitting information, requesting generation or enhancement, making payment, or downloading an output, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the Legal & Trust Center.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity and proper authority to act for the person or organisation named in a document. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use or pay for the service.
2. Nature and scope of the service
Business Suite provides guided data collection, template selection, document assembly, automated checks, AI-assisted drafting, saved workspaces, payment verification, editing, printing, and export. The service is a document-preparation technology platform. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, embassy, court, government agency, procurement authority, school regulator, notary, commissioner for oaths, accreditation body, employer, or issuing authority.
Outputs are drafts produced from information supplied by users and platform rules. They are not legal advice, professional certification, official verification, or a guarantee of acceptance, eligibility, funding, employment, approval, compliance, enforceability, or commercial outcome.
3. User information and final review
You are solely responsible for the truth, legality, accuracy, completeness, currency, and authorised use of every name, date, qualification, transaction, financial figure, signature, supporting file, and factual claim supplied to the platform. You must review the complete output before use and confirm the receiving organisation's current instructions.
You must obtain appropriate professional advice for high-impact, regulated, legal, immigration, employment, tax, financial, procurement, property, education, or sworn documents where the circumstances require it. JENECONK is not responsible for errors caused by missing, false, outdated, ambiguous, or unauthorised user information.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide a working email address, keep credentials and one-time codes confidential, maintain control of your device and email account, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Activity completed through your authenticated account is treated as authorised by you unless reliable evidence shows otherwise.
We may require identity, transaction, or multi-factor verification. We may restrict, suspend, preserve, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful content, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, impersonation, security risk, misuse of another person's data, breach of these Terms, or risk to users, JENECONK, or the public.
5. Acceptable use
You must not create or assist with forged, deceptive, fraudulent, impersonating, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful documents; fabricate evidence, qualifications, approvals, references, signatures, financial records, or official authority; upload information you have no right to use; bypass payment or access controls; interfere with the platform; introduce malicious code; scrape at harmful scale; or use outputs to mislead a receiving party.
We may remove content, refuse generation, preserve relevant evidence, reverse improperly obtained credits, and report credible unlawful activity where permitted or required by law.
6. Prices, payment, and delivery
The applicable price, document type, pack, and included access are shown before payment. Payment applies only to the selected document, pack, credit allocation, or separately quoted service. Payment for one document does not unlock unrelated document types.
Paystack transactions are verified server-side. Manual transfers are not complete merely because a screenshot is supplied; JENECONK must identify and confirm receipt. Delivery may include generation, enhancement, editing access, clean export, print access, or downloadable Word output, depending on the purchased workflow.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except for the narrow exceptions stated in the Refund & Billing Policy or where applicable law creates a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. You should inspect the available description, price, template examples, and watermarked preview before paying.
7. Digital performance begins immediately
When you request generation, enhancement, unlock, export, printing, or download, you instruct us to begin digital performance immediately. Because computing resources, protected templates, automated processing, and digital access are consumed or released at that point, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, failure to read the description, later third-party rejection, or failure to use the output does not create a refund right except where non-excludable law requires otherwise.
8. AI-assisted content
AI may reorganise, clarify, expand, or assess user-provided information. AI output can contain errors, omissions, outdated statements, unsuitable language, or unsupported inferences. You must independently verify all facts, calculations, citations, names, dates, regulatory statements, and professional claims. Do not present AI-generated statements as independently verified by JENECONK.
9. Intellectual property and licence
JENECONK owns or licenses the platform software, workflow logic, prompt systems, template structures, visual designs, branding, documentation, and original platform content. Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered output for its intended personal or internal business purpose.
You retain rights in information and original materials you lawfully submit. You grant JENECONK and necessary service providers a limited permission to host, process, analyse, transform, secure, support, and deliver that material solely for operating the requested service and meeting legal or security obligations.
10. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security controls, internet conditions, and events outside reasonable control may affect access. We may update features, prices, templates, limits, and policies prospectively. A material policy update will carry a new version and updated date.
11. Third-party decisions and services
Receiving organisations make their own decisions. JENECONK does not control employers, embassies, courts, regulators, procurement bodies, banks, donors, landlords, schools, or other third parties and does not guarantee that they will accept an output. Payment, authentication, hosting, database, AI, messaging, and other providers operate under their own systems and terms.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to that qualification, the service and outputs are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of a particular decision or outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JENECONK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost opportunity, revenue, profit, data, deadline, application, bid, approval, or reputation; third-party rejection; or loss caused by inaccurate user information, unauthorised content, failure to review, modification after delivery, or use outside the intended workflow.
Where liability cannot be excluded, JENECONK's aggregate liability arising from the affected paid transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to JENECONK for that specific transaction, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
13. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement of another person's rights, submission of unauthorised data, fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. This clause does not make you responsible for JENECONK's own unlawful conduct.
14. Complaints, disputes, and governing law
Submit service complaints through the Submit Complaint page with the relevant account email, document ID, payment reference, dates, evidence, and requested resolution. We aim to acknowledge a complete complaint within 2 business days and provide an initial outcome or request further evidence within 10 business days.
Before commencing proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through the complaint process. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nigeria may determine unresolved disputes. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a statutory complaint channel.
15. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement for use of Business Suite and supersede earlier statements about the same subject, except for a separately signed written agreement.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact Us or Submit Complaint page. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or banking passwords.
